绥化市外籍教师教学现状的调查

绥化市作为东北的内陆农业城市,它的外籍教师的构成和教学有着自己的特点。本文以绥化学院为例,通过问卷调查以及访谈等方式,对外教的教学状况进行了实证调查,本调查历时一学期,笔者对调查的结果进行了详细的分析并提出了改善意见,最后得出结论：只有建立科学的行之有效的外教教学管理体系,才能充分利用好外教资源,做到物尽其用,实现外教教学目标。

A Survey on the Teaching Status of Foreign Teachers in Suihua City

Suihua,as a northeast inland agriculture city, its foreign teacher construction and teaching has its own characteristics.Taking Suihua University as an example,through questionnaire and interview methods, this paper conducts an empirical survey on foreign teachers＇ teaching situation,which lasted a semester.The writer analyzes the results of the survey and proposes improvement suggestions, and finally draws the conclusion： only the establishment of a scientific and effective management system of teachers teaching can help make good use of teacher resources, so as to turn material resources to good account, and realize foreign teachers＇ teaching target.
