论创新教育的思想超越

摘    要:开展创新教育的前提是教育理念的创新,它需要广大教育工作实现思想上的八大超越:超越“儿童怎会有创新”的陈腐漏见,超越统一性要求的思维枷锁,超越“听话”的传统误区,超越“单打一”的教育改革思路,超越“囚徒困境”的思想顾虑,超越“假、大、空”的思想怪胎,超越“一切在教”的误识,超越不敢试的保守心态。

Abstract:The prerequisite of innovation education is the innovation of pedagogical idea. It is necessary for educators to surmount eight negative educational ideas in the process of innovation education: nothing innovation-al of children; spiritual shackles of standardization; absolute obedience for the students to the elders or teachers; lopsided view on education reform; over-scrupulous in speech and action; artificial, empty and bombastic theory; teaching coming first; and conservative psychology.
