| 摘 要： | 分析我国行政执法存在的问题及原因，探讨其完善的对策，是加强和完善行政执法，实现廉洁政治的客观需要。针对我国行政执法存在的地方保护主义、部门保护主义、执法“寻租”、执法监督不力以及执法人员素质等问题和原因，我们应采取建立和完善行政执法监督与检查制度，建立和完善行政执法程序，提高执法人员的素质等切实措施

| Abstract: | It is necessary to analyze the problems and causes and discuss the countermeasures for the adminstration to strengthen and perfect the execution and thus to realize honest politics .We should establish a system of perfecting the supervision and execution and qualifying the personnel against the local protectionism,corruption ,weak supervision and the lack of qualified personnel in execution of laws. |
