农杆菌介导的白菜遗传转化影响因子研究进展

摘    要:白菜遗传转化技术中最常用的方法是农杆菌介导法。由于白菜的再生能力较低,因此农杆菌介导白菜遗传转化的研究报道较少。本文就近十年来的研究进展作一简要回顾,并对影响其转化及再生频率的关键性因子,如植物基因型、外植体及生理状态、农杆菌菌株、感染方法和培养基附加成分等方面进行了较详细的讨论。

Abstract:The common method of Genetic Transformation of Brassica campestris L.is Agrobacterium-mediated method.The reports of this method in Brassica campestris L.can't often be seen because of its low shoot regeneration ability.We summarized the advances in Genetic Transformation of Brassica campestris L.by Agrobacterium-mediated Method since1995,and the main factors which affect this technique,such as genotypes of varieties,explants and its physiological state,Agrobacterium strains,method of infection,addition of medium,etc.
