加入WTO与我国的失业问题

我国加入WTO以后 ,长远看有利于就业总量的提高 ,短期看 ,在适应国际市场的企业重组中 ,失业问题必将突出。应对之策主要有 :(1)大力发展高等教育 ,普及中等教育 ,延缓受教育者的就业年龄 ,减轻新增加劳动力对就业的压力 ;(2 )提升第三产业 ,使之成为吸纳城镇失业人员的主渠道 ;加快城市化进程 ,吸收农村剩余劳动力 ;(3)健全和完善失业保险 ,为下岗职工和失业人员提供生存保障 ,以利于劳动力的自由流通 ,从而为社会储备一定数量劳动后备力量。

Entry of WTO and Unemployment in China

After China entering WTO, the overall amount of employment can be improved in the long term, while unemployment can be more serious in the process of enterprise reorganization to adapt to the international market in the short term. The ways to cope with unemployment are as follows: to develop higher education, generalize middle education, improve the service industry, urbanize more quickly, and in the meantime improve unemployment relief.
