农村公路限速标准研究

农村公路的交通安全问题历来被人们所重视。针对农村公路超速现象严重、事故频发现象,以北方某地市农村公路现状为研究载体,分析交通流与限速标准的关系,采用现场调查与理论研究相结合,提出了农村公路限速方法;提出限速区最小长度和横向干扰量等指标,研究得出车辆运行速度与横向干扰的关系模型,推荐出合理的限速标准。经过近两年的实际应用,有效遏制了农村公路车辆超速现象,极大地减少了交通事故的发生,农村公路交通安全水平得到显著提升。

Study on Speed-limiting Standard of Rural Highway

Traffic safety is gotten more attention by peoples all of world.In view of serious speeding and frequent accident phenomenon,based on the current situation of rural highway in somewhere city,this paper analyze the relationship between traffic flow and speed-limiting standard,use the methods of combining field investigation with theoretical research,put forward the rural highway speed-limiting methods;and suggest the min length of speed-limiting area and transverse disturbance etc.,conclude the relationship model of vehicle running velocity and transverse disturbance,and reasonable speed-limiting standard are recommended.Combing the engineering application about two years,serious speeding phenomenon is contained efficiently,reduces the traffic accident immensely,and the traffic safety level of rural highway are promoted markedly.
