摘    要:新一轮基础教育课程改革对学校提出了课程领导的新命题,必须要有高绩效的校长课程领导力,才能提高课程理念的转化质量。实践探索表明,预习汇报制是培养发展后劲足的初中生的良好平台,构建自主发展的课程文化打造富有发展后劲的教师则是学校课程实施的基础性保障。

Abstract:New basic education curriculum reform of school curriculum leadership proposed the new concept; headmaster must have high performance of the curriculum leadership, which can improve the quality of the curriculum concept transformation. Practice shows that preview and report system is very important to cultivate students the development in the future, it is alto a good platform for the self- development of teachers.
