地方高校计算机类人才“H型”培养模式构建浅析

在教育部等部委的办学思想的指导下,结合地方高校近几年计算机类毕业生就业的实际情况,提出了计算机类计算机科学与技术、网络工程、软件工程、计算机应用四个专业人才培养的"H型模式",并进行了人才培养"H型模式"总体的构建,并探讨其保障体系,既考虑了各个专业学生培养的基础性和专业性,也考虑了未来的发展,旨在培养具有较厚基础、较宽口径和较强的实践动手能力的专业应用能力型的人才,提高人才培养的质量。

Analysis on H-type Training Pattern Construction of Computer Talents of Local College

Under the school-running direction of departments of the Ministry of Education,and taking the practical employment situation of computer graduates in local colleges in recent years into consideration,this paper proposes a H-type training pattern of students majored in computer science and technology,network engineering,software engineering and computer application,makes an overall construction of the H-type pattern of talent training,and analyzes its guarantee system.It takes the fundamentals and specialty of students in each major as well as the future development into consideration.The purpose is to train professional application talents with solid foundation,wide aperture and high ability of practice so as to improve the quality of talent training.
