| 摘 要： | 2008年,奥巴马当选为美国历史上第一位黑人总统,这在一定程度上反映了美国人民对如何摆脱当前美国社会所面临的困境的一种选择。奥巴马当选后,为了恢复美国过去在国际上的不利形象,摆脱国内的经济困境,在外交政策上改变了前任小布什政府的许多做法,尤其是美国在亚太地区的政策,有了许多新的变化,给亚太地区及亚太地区的中国带来了重要的影响。

| Abstract: | In 2008, Barack Obama was elected the president of U. S as the first black president in U.S. history,which is a reflection of the American people on how to overcome the current difficulties faced by American society as an option. Obama,in order to restore the nega- tive image of the United States in the international, changed the foreign policy of the previous Bush administration, especially the policy of the United States in the Asia-Pacific region. Such changes affect the sub-Pacific region and the Asia Pacific region. |
