普通中学弱势学生群体的心理健康教育研究

摘    要:有心理异常或心理障碍的中学生是客观存在的,中学生的心理健康总体水平虽然并不像人们想象的那样严重,但单项偏常的检出率却很高,说明中学生中有相当一部分人在某些方面存在心理偏常或心理障碍,尤其是学习困难、交往困难、经济困难等弱势学生群体的心理压力显著偏大,孤僻、冷漠、自卑、自责、忧郁、胆怯等性格特征明显,这应当引起家庭、学校、社会的高度重视。在中学里开设系统的心理教育课和对学生进行专门的心理咨询、心理治疗是解决这一问题的有效途径。

Abstract:Students of abnormal mind and mental handicap exist objectively.Though general mental health level of middle school students is not as serious as people think,relevance ratio of monomia deviant students is fairly high.It shows quite a few students are deviant or have mental handicap,especially the mental pressure of the disadvantaged student groups who have difficulty with study,association,economy is obviously heavy.The characteristic of loneless,inhospitality,inferiority,self-accusation,oppression and timid is obvious.Families,schools and society should pay much attention to this.And the efficient path to solve this problem is to set up systemic mental courses,offering students special mental consultation and mental treatment.
