| 摘 要： | 最根本的科学精神是怀疑和反思。怀疑精神就是不断探寻根据的精神，反思精神就是追求合理性的精神。真正使科学健康发展的前提，是让科学运行在科学精神之中，提倡在怀疑和反思精神推动下促使科学不断进步。

| Abstract: | The essential scientific spirit is scepsis and introspection. The sceptical spirit is one to seek grounds constantly and the intro-spective spirt just to seek rationality.The prerequisite to make science heathily developed is just to make science to move under scientific spirit and to cause constant improvement by sceptical and intyospective spirit. |
