基于创新能力增长的技术创新联盟稳定性研究

从技术创新能力增长这个非机制因素的角度，经过定性与定量分析，探讨了技术创新联盟稳定性的维持条件．分析表明：联盟不能要求成员投入其所拥有的全部创新资源，对投入到联盟中的创新资源应尽量减少协议约束给投入方带来的负面影响；成员剩余创新资源应能支持其独立进行创新活动；联盟中成员的投入比例应不同，或即期利益的分配比例应更倾向于资源利用能力较弱的一方：提高联盟中的资源共享程度有利于联盟稳定．

Research on Stability of Technical Innovation Alliance Based on the Growth of the Innovation Ability

It discusses the condition for maintaining the alliance stability with the growth of technical innovation ability which is a non institutional factor,using qualititative and quantitative analysis.The analysis indicates that the alliance cannot make the members invest the whole of their innovation resources into it.As for the innovation resources invested into the alliance,it is necessary to reduce the negative influence on the investors which arises from the restraint of the contract.The surplus innovation resources of the members should be able to support them to carry on their innovation activity independently,in the alliance,the proportion of member's investment should be different or the assignment proportaion of the present benefit should favor the ones who's ability is weaker and the enhancement of the resource sharing degree is benefitial to the alliance's stability.
