| 摘 要： | 文章通过对长拳运动内涵的阐释,从不同角度对长拳运动教育价值进行审视,主要从长拳运动具有塑造人格,追求身心价值的重要效用,培养爱国情感的教育价值,培养中华精神的教育价值,是提高防身御敌技艺的重要内容这四个方面论述了其修身教育价值。

| Abstract: | The thesis studies the educational value of Long Fist by illuminating its connotation from four respects: of the ability to build the personality and to seek the spiritual demands,of the educational value to cultivate patriotic feelings,of the educational value to maintain Chinese spirits and of the ability to improve the skills of self-defense. |
