| 摘 要： | 在物质丰富的今天,在西方强势经济的全球化背景下,西方文化的同化日益显著,作为祖国未来的大学生,也面临着民族精神的日趋淡化。武术是中国传统文化传播的载体,武术精神一直以来是民族精神的象征,大力培育高校大学生之武术精神对提升巩固民族精神是当务之急。文章运用文献资料法及专家访谈法,就培育大学生武术精神进行研究并提出一些方法：以武术教学内容的改革为重点;研究武术教学模式,探索多种课程管理体系的建立;加强武术教师的继续教育。
