网络型企业知识管理的系统结构分析

以网络型企业为研究对象,分析了网络型企业知识管理的目标及特征,选取知识、知识工作者、知识链、知识管理技术和方法以及网络型企业内部环境作为系统要素,构建了由知识获取、知识表示、知识存储、知识传播、知识共享和知识创新6个子系统构成的网络型企业知识管理的系统结构,并廓清了系统要素间的关系机理。

Analysis on Knowledge Management System Structure of Network Enterprises

Aiming at network enterprises,the author analyzes the targets and characteristics of their knowledge management system structure systemically,selects techniques and methods of knowledge,knowledge workers,knowledge chain and knowledge management as well as the inner environment of network enterprises as the system factors,establishes the Knowledge Management System Structure of network enterprises with six sub-systems including knowledge acquisition,knowledge representation,knowledge storage,knowledge dissemination,knowledge sharing and knowledge innovation,and clarifies the relations between the system factors.
