| 摘 要： | 目前高职专业的教学计划和教学大纲的制订大多脱离岗位现状，在大量的调研基础上，文中就电气设备施工与维护职业岗位能力调查结果进行了分析，并提出了对策及建议，这对相近专业也具有一定的指导与借鉴的作用。
