| 摘 要： | 笔者在概述内蒙古地区农业保险发展历程的基础上,总结了其在发展过程中存在的问题,即农业保险需求相对有限、农业保险供给相对短缺、缺乏政策和法律法规支撑。并提出了内蒙古进一步发展农业保险的对策建议,包括强化政策扶持、培育农业保险市场、提高农民保险意识、采取以互助合作保险组织为基础的农村保险组织制度等八个方面。

| Abstract: | Besides a summary of the development of agricultural insurance in Inner Mongolia, the author generalizes the problems in its development, including the comparative limited demand, shortage of agricultural insurance supply, lack of supporting policies and laws, etc. In order to further develop agricultural insurance in Inner Mongolia, it is necessary to reinforce policy support, foster agricultural insuranee market, raise farmers＇ consciousness of insurance and to form agricultural insurance system in the form of mutual cooperative insurance organizations. |
