| Abstract: | The construction of new rural areas refers to the strengthening of cuhural facilities as well as the economy in rural areas. Culture is historically fused with the construction of the new rural areas and will influence and restrict the orientation of the development of rural areas. Without new culture., there will be no new type farmers or new rural areas, not to mention the great cultural development in rural areas. |
