略论大学生心理健康教育

大学生心理健康教育是高校素质教育的重要组成部分,有效解决大学生在学习、生活、交往中出现的心理问题,促进其心理健康发展是高校素质教育面临的新任务和需要研究的新课题。文章结合当前大学生心理健康状况和高校开展心理健康教育的现状,提出了加强对大学生心理健康教育机制的研究,探讨了理论与实践中存在的一些问题。研究可以使大学生心理健康教育更加科学化、人性化、规范化和制度化,以确保大学生心理健康教育的质量不断得到提高。

University students'psychological healty education is an important component of university's quality-oriented education.To effectively solve the psychological problems that university students face in study,in living and in associating with other people,and to promote their psychology to develop in a healthy way is a new task and new subject that university's quality-oriented education faces nowadays.In light of the current university student's psychological health status and the situation in which universities are developing the psychological health education at present,we should try to strengthen the study on posychological healtyh education mechanism,discuss and solve the problems that exist in theory and practice,make university students' psychological health education more scientific,humane,standardized and institutionalized,and ensure to improve the quality of university students' psychological health education.
