供给侧改革视角下的团体标准生产率效应——基于“浙江制造”的微观证据

基于新要素供给理论,利用微观企业面板数据考察团体标准对企业全要素生产率的影响.运用高维固定效应模型(HDFE)、双重差分法(DID)和双重差分倾向匹配得分法(PSM-DID)的研究发现,团体标准整体上显著提升企业全要素生产率,且团体标准通过协同效应、竞争效应和扩散效应提升企业全要素生产率.因果中介分析(CMA)和Heckman两步法估计发现,团体标准在拓展和集约边际上显著作用于研发投入,进而提升企业全要素生产率.

Productivity Effect of Group Standards from the Perspective of Supply Side Reform:Micro-Evidence Based on" Zhejiang Made"

In the new era, how to lead industrial transformation and upgrading through advanced standards is the key to promoting high-quality economic development under the background of supply side reform. Under the framework of the new factor supply theory, this paper studies the impact of group standard on TFP with the panel data of micro enterprises. The results with HDFE, DID and PSM-DID method show that group standard as a whole significantly promoted the improvement of TFP. Based on the grouping regression of the micro mechanism characteristics, it is found that the group standard can promote the total factor productivity of enterprises through the synergy effect, competition effect and diffusion effect. The mechanism test using CMA and Heckman method shows that the group standard is used for R D investment in the expansion margin and intensive margin, which has an impact on the improvement of TFP.
