企业知识传导的价值链研究

本研究从内部传导和外部传导两个层面构建知识传导的价值链模型，内部知识流程包括知识的创造、共享、配置、保护、创新等环节，而外部知识流程包括知识的获取、转移、整合、重组和外溢等环节。上述环节两两对应构成互动小循环，再进一步构成企业与市场边界交互知识作用的大循环，导致企业知识存量的优化和知识结构的动态演变。最后，本研究探讨了知识传导的内在机理。

Research on Value Chain of Firm Knowledge Transfer

The paper constructs the value chain of firm knowledge transfer by ten, as of internal and external transfer. The internal transfer includes knowledge creation, sharing, configuration, protection and innovation, the external transfer comprises of knowledge absorption, diffusion, integration, reconfigurafion and spillover. These activities are interactive and form the knowledge transfer cycle, which results in the dynamic evolution of firm knowledge stock and structure. Finally, the paper discusses the intrinsic mechanism of knowledge transfer.
