| 摘 要： | 发展都市工业园是我国经济建设的客观需要，都市工业园是实施再就业工程的有力支撑，而再就业工程的实施又为都市工业园的发展提供了机遇。同时，提出都市工业园要进一步发展，必须提高认识，统筹规划，从突出优化环境．突出重点入手，加强管理，加大扶持力度，以使其有更大的发展。
