| Abstract: | Lingnan culture, as a paradigm, is formed and accumulated after the development of society and economy in history and has deep effects on the members of the ＂community＂ with regards to the aspects of ideas, value orientation, etc. To make a perfect analysis of students＇outlook on employment, it is necessary to take the factors of Lingnan culture and market -oriented economy as the background for consideration. |
