浅议儒家敬业思想与律师的职业道德

律师在执业过程中,必须遵守其职业道德,我们可以在儒家敬业思想中找到其渊源。律师可以从儒家敬业思想中吸取精华,用儒理来正身。在律师执业过程中,主要表现在：要“立身惟正”,而不能只贪图名利;“仁以爱民”,以仁恕之道对待当事人;“待人谦虚”,应具有容纳精神,做到“地中有山”;“处事公正”,从一“公”字出发,以事实为根据,以法律为准绳。

From the confucian schools though that show respect in frade,we can find the origin that the lawyers must obey their professional morality during working.Lawyers may catch the main point from the confucian school thought and use it to correct themselues.Especially during their working,it is thowed that:Must"Be correct to themselves",but not be tempted by benofits and famous;Muse"Be kind to people" to treat the persons on concerned;Must"Be modest to people"to have the spirite of toleration,and "hill on the qround",Must"Be justic in trade" to make the iustiue as the beqining;based on the facts,and make the laws as the standard.
