量子尺寸TiO/SiO2复合微粒的制备与光催化性能研究

摘    要:采用改进的溶液-凝胶方法,制备出TiO2及不同配比的TiO2/SiO2粉末,利用XRD,BET,UV-vis等手段研究了微粒的表面结构形态变化,以及对污染物NO2^-光催化降解的影响。研究表明,TiO2/SiO2复合微粒的光催化活性明显高于TiO2微粒,并且质量比m(Ti):m(si)=2:1时催化降解NO2^-最佳。制得TiO2微粒以锐钛型高度分散在TiO2网络中,粒径约12nm,并与TiO2形成Si-O-Ti桥氧结构,提高了TiO2微晶的热稳定性,UV-vis吸收光谱显示复合微粒的光谱吸收发生蓝移,极利于吸附降解NO2^-。

Abstract:TiO 2/SiO 2 complex particles of different mass ratio were prepared by the improved sol-gel method. And XRD, BET, UV-vis spectra investigation were used to research the characteristic changes of particles and the photocatalytic reactivity of these catalysis were higher than TiO 2, [m(Ti):m(si)=2:1] is the best. The TiO 2 particles existed in the low crystalline anatase phase with the size being about 12nm and formed Si-O-Ti. These catalysts had high photocatalytic reactivity. UV-vis spectra investigation indicate that complex light obsorption became blue shift and it is most useful to hetevogenous photocatalysis of pollutants.
