| 摘 要： | 简要介绍了基于Win CE的串行通信的数据收发基本过程，运用微软公司的嵌入式开发平台EVC，开发完成了基于Windows CE的串行通信程序设计，并通过以太网接口下载到烧有WINCE操作系统的目标板S3C2410嵌入式开发板上，实现了PC与目标板的数据收发功能．该设计具有可移植，执行效率高，稳定性好等的特点．
