对我国社会体育场地设施的特点分析及对策研究

目前我国社会体育场地设施主要有以下一些特点：在总的体育场地设施中占的比例低，数量不足；质量不高，现代化气息不强；被侵占挪用现象严重；封闭管理，利用率低；筹资渠道单一，新建场地设施经费不足。针对我国社会体育场地设施以上这些特点，提出相应的研究对策：体育场地设施应以社会化和产业化为突破口，充分利用现有的体育场地设施，提高利用率是当前缓解我国社会体育场地设施不足的有效手段；加强对已建体育场地设施的管理与保护，杜绝侵占挪用社会体育场地设施；多渠道筹集资金，新建社会体育场地设施。

The Analysis of Character of Our Social Sports Facilities and the Study of Countermeasures

At present our social sports has such character:The occupation is low,the quantity is scanty;the quality is low,the modern character is faint;The phenomenon of being occupied and used for others is serious;closely managed,the use rate is inefficient;the money collecting is simple,the construction money isn't enough.according to such character,offer some countermeasures:make full use of present facilities,enhancing the use rate is the efficient method;impost the rebuilt facility management and protection,avoid occupying the facilities;collect money by amplitude ways.build new buildings.Only solve the contradiction between too many P.E population and scanty of facilities can we promote the social sports.
