探讨用灰色聚类评估的方法对图书馆读者满意度进行测评，为该类问题的研究提供一种新的定量方法。与其他方法相比，该方法的优越性在于：当多个图书馆同时参加评估时，可根据综合灰类系数的大小确定它们的优劣；根据白化权函数的取值，分析影响评价结果的因素。通过对某高校图书馆读者满意度测评实例来说明该方法的有效性和可操作性。

Analysis of satisfactory degree of readers based on gray clustering assessment

This paper probes into the assessment for the library reader＇ s satisfactory degree based on the gray clustering evaluation. Comparing with other assessment systems, this assessment system can provide a new quantitative method. Its advantages over the other systems are as follows： when many libraries participate in the evaluation simultaneously, their advantages and disadvantages can be respectively determined on the basis of grey clustering coefficients. According to the values of whitening weight functions, it can analyze the factors that affect the evaluation results. Through the ease study of the assessment for readers＇ satisfaction in university libraries, the authors tries to illustrate the validity and the feasibility of this assessment system.
