我国传统教学相长思想及其当代嬗变

摘    要:教学过程的学习活动包括教者的学习和学者的学习,我国传统教学相长思想只关注教者的学习,学者的学习处于教者的学习视野之外。素质教育下的教学相长关注学生的学习活动及其效果,学生的"长"不是教师灌输知识、规范控制下的"长",而是学生主动探究学习、寻求发展的"长"。这一关注点的转变带来了教学相长思想中教师形象的演变,教师从知识渊博者转为智慧者,从传授者、控制者转为激发者、欣赏者和咨询者。

Abstract:The learning activities during the teaching procedure include teachers' and learners' learning. Chinese traditional thought of interactive between teaching and learning focuses on the former while the latter is being out of the sight. Quality Education cares the students' activities and its effect, while the students' improvement is not the teachers' imparting knowledge and the norms controlling , but it is the students' initiative to explore learning and develapment. The evolution of this concerns brings changes wisdom, and change from transfers,controller to stimulaters, of the teachers ' image. They turn their knowledge into appreciaters and consultants.
