经济学视野中大城市经济圈的形成与发展——论中国三大城市经济圈的现状及其发展

大城市经济圈的形成和发展有其自身的规律。如何降低经济圈内城市间的交易成本，加强城市间的分工协作；如何蝗升大城市经济圈内核心城市在全球分工中的地位，是大城市经济圈发展中非常重要的两个方面。我国以香港、上海、北京为代表的三大城市经济具有不同的特点、优势，也存在各自的发展障碍，三大城市经济圈应该尽量扬长避短，不断降低圈内城市间的交易成本，提升整个城市经济圈的经济实力。

The Formation and Development of a Metropolitan Economic Circle in the Perspective of Economics

The metropolis' formation and development has its own rules. According to neo - classical economics, metropolis is an outcome that takes shape on the basis of city formation through division of labor and efficient hierarchical organizations. In the metropolitan development, how to decrease the transaction cost in cities so as to strengthen division of labor among cities, and how to improve the status of a central city of metropolis in the global division of labor, are very important. There are three metropolises in our country, namely, Hongkong, Shanghai, and Beijing. Each of them has different characteristics, advantages and disadvantages. The Hongkong metropolitan economic ring has the longest history, but has to upgrade its industries. Shanghai is developing very fast, but the function of central city must be set up. Cities in Beijing metropohs have littel economic connection but a good chance to develop owing to the 2008 Olympic Games. Each metropolis should make best use of its strong points and avoid its weak points, decrease its transaction cost, and heighten its economic capabilities.
