武钢5号高炉渣铁沟浇注料工艺设计与实践

摘    要:武钢5号高炉渣铁沟捣打料工艺设计改为浇注料工艺后,减少了修沟次数以及出铁场的环境污染,有利于高炉高产稳产。实践表明,渣铁沟浇注料工艺的实施和不断完善,是高炉强化冶炼、降低生铁成本的重要技术措施。

Abstract:Since casting process was applied in repairing iron/slag troughs of the NO.5 Blast Furnace instead of conven- tional rapping process,repairing time has been considerably reduced and environment around tapping hole improved. Prac- tice indicates that application of and improvement on the casting process is an important technical measure to ensure effi- cient smelting and low cost of pig iron.
