论知识建构在创新中等职业学校理论教学中的运用

摘    要:知识建构作为新建构主义的重要主张,为突破理论课教学难点提供了可能。职业学校课堂教学质量不高的原因主要是生源与教学两个方面存在问题,知识建构理论的引入使这个难题有了破解方案。以中职《管理学》教学为例,设计基于观点的知识建构学习的四过程,付诸实践后总结出八步骤:真实情境创设→教师引导学生提出问题、观点→学生相互交流→学生结成小组→构思小组研究计划,对话交流→小组研究,落实计划→成果展示与交流,不断完善→教师点评,知识总结升华。研究结果发现:运用知识建构理论有效促进了课堂教学的重心由教师转向学生,从而使教学双方都产生了积极的变化。

Abstract:As an important proposition of new constructivism, knowledge construction provides the possibility to break through the difficulties in theory teaching. The main reason for the low quality of classroom teaching in vocational schools is that there are two problems: students and teaching. The introduction of the theory of knowledge construction makes the problem solved. Taking the teaching of Management Science in secondary vocational school as an example, this paper designs thefour processesof knowledge construction and learning based on views, and sums up theeight stepsafter putting them into practice: creating a real situation → teachers guide students to put forward questions and views → students communicate with each other → students form a group → conceive a small group research plan, dialogue and exchange → group research, implementing the plan → results displaying and exchanging, and keeping on perfect → teacher commenting, summary and sublimation of community knowledge. The results show that the use of knowledge construction theory effectively promotes the change of focus of classroom teaching from teachers to students, which makes both sides of teaching have a positive change.
