实验教学改革初探

传统的实验教学方式存在许多弊端,不利于培养学生的创新精神和创造性实验能力。为提高广大实验教师和实验技术人员的业务水平和管理水平,我校积极进行了实验教学改革,在加强实验室队伍建设,改进实验教学内容和方法,保证实验教学质量,培养学生创新能力等方面,采取了一系列措施,做了大量工作,收到了很好的教学效果。

Tentative Explorations of Reform in the Teaching of Experiment

Many drawbacks exist in the traditional experimental teaching methods which do not help foster students' spirit of innovation and creative ability of experiment. In order to improve professional skill and management ability of vast numbers of teachers of experiment and technical personnel of experiment, my college has actively conducted reform in the teaching of experiment. My college has adopted a series of measures and done a lot of work in strengthening the construction of laboratory ranks, improving content of courses and teaching methods in the teaching of experiment, ensuring teaching quality and fostering the ability of innovation and creation of students, and has achieved good teaching results.
