一体化借阅模式下提高高校图书馆流通服务质量的思考——以惠州学院图书馆为例

一体化借阅模式在高校图书馆的运行,为读者提供了最大的便利和自由,馆藏文献利用也得到大幅度提高。然而在一体化借阅模式下,流通服务工作存在馆藏文献保护与管理、外借工作出现拒借率高等问题。因此,通过提高外借服务质量、重视读者接待、加强员工培训及读者教育等方面的共同努力,才能更有效地提高流通服务的质量。

Integrated Lending Mode to Improve the Quality of the University Library Circulation --Taking Huizhou University Library as an Example

The application of integrated borrowing pattern in the university library brings the readers more convenience, and enhances the use of the collection literature. However there exist the problems like literature protection and management, the high rate of book borrowing under the integrated borrowing pattern. This article proposes that only by improving the service of external borrowing, pay more attention to reader reception and strengthen staff training and reader education, can the more effective circulation be made.
