变速关节腔灌洗治疗化脓性膝关节炎的护理体会

目的：探讨关节镜下清理及术后变速关节腔灌洗治疗化脓性膝关节炎的方法与疗效。方法：2007年8月-2009年8月,采用关节镜下清理及术后变速关节腔灌洗治疗化脓性膝关节炎36例,加强持续灌洗及引流期间护理,并观察其临床疗效。结果：术后24-48 h体温明显下降,3-5 d恢复正常,患肢功能较早恢复,随访10-24个月,36例化脓性膝关节炎全部治愈,无复发,平均治疗时间7.5 d。结论：采用关节镜下清理及术后变速关节腔灌洗治疗化脓性膝关节炎损伤小、恢复快、治疗时间短,是一种理想的治疗方法;变速关节腔灌洗及时有效的清除了关节腔内的碎屑及杂质,为其取得满意疗效起到了至关重要的作用。

Nursing Experience of Lavage of Joint Cavity at Different Speed on the Suppurative Gonarthritis

Objective：To explore the treatment methods and treatment effect of the suppurative gonarthritis by clearing joint cavity under arthosocpy and lavaging joint cavity at different speed.Methods：From August 2007 to August 2009,36 cases of joint cavity with suppurative gonarthritis were cleared under arthosocpy and lavaged at different speed.At the same time,the continuous lavage and nursing was strengthened and the treatment effect was observed and recorded.Results：The patients＇ body temperature declined distinctly 24 to 48 hours after operation and got right after 3 to 5 days.The function of injured limb restored quickly.By interviewing,it is found that all of the 36 patients with suppurative gonarthritis are cured and not recrudescent yet.The average cure time is 7.5 days.Conclusion：The above treatment methods has such advantages as：lesser scathe,shorter treatment time,clearing the sediment and sundries more effectively and timely,etc.
