Study on the Strategies of Faculty to Improve Class Teaching Quality in University

To improve the quality of classroom teaching,the university teachers should establish a new teaching philosophy: the cholarship of teaching.Under the guidance of the scholarship of teaching,the faculty in university should change the original role of "actor of teaching simple knowledge" to the role of "researcher of teaching practice",and they should use different strategies to improve class teaching quality,the strategies include building effective relationship between teachers and students,students playing the main role in the process of teaching and learning and teachers playing an exemplary role.
