摘    要:学习型社会的基本特征是:人人学习,终身学习,学习的个性化和多样化,学习的意义得到升华,形成了较完善的社会学习组织结构。学习型社会的形成,是当代经济、社会发展的必然趋势,其中最重要的因素是科学技术的飞速进步和人力资本作用的大大增强,人的全面发展愈益成为社会发展的目的和主要内容。构建我国学习型社会,近期应着重做好以下工作:动员社会各方力量共建学习型社会;大力推进教育体制创新;努力实现教育公平,促进教育事业的均衡发展。

Abstract:The features of the learning oriented society are as follows: everybody learns;everybody learns through his life;there are various types of individual and different learning; the significance of learning is improved, thus, nearly perfect organization of society's learning has gradually formed. The forming of the learning oriented society is the inexorable trend of the modern economy and the development of society, among which the most important actors are the quick development of science and technology and the great strengthen of the junction of the labor capital. So, the all round development of human beings gradually becomes the goal of the development of a society and the main contents.With regard to constructing the learning oriented society in our country,we should emphasize the following:mobilizing the whole nation to participate in the work; pushing energetically the innovation of education system;devoting major efforts to making the fairness of education a reality; promoting the balanced development of education.
