| Abstract: | With the development of gene technology, the arguments about gene patenting are very heated. This article has examined the ethical basis of gene patenting and has paid more attention to make philosophical considerations on it, and suggests that we should apply ethical articles to examine gene patenting to promote the development of public interests and justice distribution of interests. |
