| 摘 要： | 在庆大霉素生产过程中，由于工艺的改变，原料的不同及提高产量的要求以及菌种本身性能的变化都需要对菌种进行改造，本文介绍了用紫外线做为诱变剂对生产所用菌种进行诱变和筛选的方法。

| Abstract: | In the course of the production of Gentamicin , Because of the change of technology and the difference of the row material and the requirement of improving the output and the quality and the degeneration of the mushroom itself . All of these need to reform the mushroom .This passage introduce the ways and the initial rusult of mutation and mickobe the mushroom in the production using ultraidet ray as the pharmaceutical of mutation. |
