| 摘 要： | 农民是我国当前社会最大的弱势群体,农民增收是影响整个社会收入倍增计划的短板。要实现全民收入的培增,促进农民收入增长是关键。根据南通地方经济特色,必须从农产品流通的角度,探索发展现代物流提高农产品增值服务,进而加快农村第三产业的发展,增加农民经营性收入的途径。
