| 摘 要： | 由于我国处于国企改革、产业结构调整之中，加之典型二元经济结构影响等，使我国当前出现的相当严重的失业问题，既与英美国家有相似之处，又有不同之点。因此，加快发展、实施农村城市化战略，逐步消除城乡二元经济结构，创造更多就业机会等就成为解决我国失业问题的主要途径。

| Abstract: | The reform of China's state-owned enterprises and readjustment of industrial structure as well as the influence of the typical dual economic structure have caused the present serious problem of unemployment in China which is both similar to and different from that in Britain and USA. The chief measures of solving China's unemployment problem are speeding up development, carrying out the strategy of urbanizing the country, gradually wiping out dual economic structure and creating more employment chances. |
