| 摘 要： | 治理商业贿赂是规范市场正当竞争秩序的基本保证,也是国家反腐倡廉工作的迫切要求。该文分析了商业贿赂的表现形式和特征,从政府、经济、社会三个层面指出商业贿赂频发的原因,并试图从完善立法、有效办案、强化监督三个方面探讨治理商业贿赂的思路与对策。

| Abstract: | To control and hold back commercial bribe is the basic guarantee to keep orderly market competition as well as the urgent need for our nation to opposed corruption and advocate the honest and clean work. This article analyzes the forms of commercial bribe and its legal characteristic, pointes out the causes of the frequent commercial bribe from three aspects as government, economy and society, and further puts forward the ideas and measures including consummating the legislation, handling cases effectively and strengthening supervises to control and hold back commercial bribe. |
