Abstract:By applying four models as follows: the growing of enterprise, the expanding of homogeneous productsmarket, the redundancy and shortage of management capacity, the coordination of inter- regional operation, this paperhas made thorough analysis of inter- regional operation of newspaper industry ,and further more, reveales its intrinsic lawof development.
