企业成本管理的问题及策略之我见

随着社会经济的发展,企业迎来了蓬勃的发展,也迎来更多发展的机遇,但是在市场中,机遇与风险是并存的。企业作为市场经济中的重要组成部分,只有做好成本管理工作,才能降低企业的成本,为企业的发展出谋划策。本文对企业成本管理提出几个观点进行研究讨论。
