基于创新教育下的高职院校教学管理研究

在知识经济时代,一个人能力的高低不再取决于他阅读书籍的多少,而取决于他创新能力的高低。在这样的时代背景下,创新教育也就成为各大高校普遍追求的一种新的教育理念。它的目的很简单,通过素质教育,来不断提高受教学生的创新能力和培养受教学生的创新精神。然而在面对当前将素质教育当成应试教育教学的情况,创新教育也就成了一种可望而不可即的美好幻想。然而,创新教育并非是看不见摸不着的,在不少高职院校通过对自身教学管理进行改革,从而逐渐将原本僵化地应试教育转变为创新教育。本文从正在基于创新教育理念下进行改革的高职院校的状况出发,总结了其在教学管理上的问题与解决方案。

Teaching Administration Research in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on Innovation Education

In knowledge economy era,one＇s ability does not depend on the quantity of the books he has read but on his or her innovative capability. In this background,innovation education has become a new education concept among every colleges. Its aim is just to improve the students＇ innovative ability and cultivate their originality by means of the quality education. However,under the circumstances of examination- oriented education system,innovative education has become a fantasy. The better thing is that some colleges can reform their traditional system and change the examination- oriented education to innovative education. Based on innovative education concept,this thesis concludes the problems and countermeasures in the course of teaching administration.
