| 摘 要： | 南极独特的生物多样性资源蕴含着巨大的科研和商业价值，但南极生物勘探及其法律规制仍然存在各种争议。中国的相关管理规定在一定程度上无法很好的管理南极地区的生物勘探活动。但考虑到直接在法律中加入对南极生物勘探的规定缺少可行性，因此可以考虑从加强登记备案制度入手，加强与南极生物勘探有关活动的管理。

| Abstract: | There are abundant biological resources in the Antarctic areas, which have potential benefits for science and commerce. However, the regimes regarding bioprospecting in Antarctica are still confronted with many disputes. Available administrative organization and legal instruments in China are not suitable for these activities to some extent. Considering it was not proper to regulate it in the regulations currently, the method of registration and record were put forward. |
