高牢度锦/氨纶织物加工工艺探讨

摘    要:锦/氨纶织物具有抗酸碱性、耐汗酸侵蚀、耐盐分和耐摩擦等综合优点,是服装加工类重要的材料,但是锦/氨纶织物存在染色上的牢度不高的通病,这不仅会造成锦/氨纶织物在使用中脱色,更容易形成锦/氨纶织物类纺织产品市场份额的下降,需要对锦/氨纶织物的染色加以重点研究.本研究以锦/氨纶织物的染色加工工艺为主要研究对象,在变换染色剂种类、染色次数、染色方式等参数的基础上,对锦/氨纶织物实现染色高牢度进行了探讨.

Discussion on the Processing Technology of High Fastness Kam/Spandex

Abstract:Having the characteristics of acid and alkali, acid erosion perspiration, and rubbing of salt comprehensive advantages, nylon / spandex fabric is an important class of materials garment processing, but Nylon /spandex fabric dyeing fastness is not high, which causes nylon / spandex fabric bleaching in use, easier to form drop nylon / spandex fabric categories of textile products market share needs to be focused on the study of nylon /spandex fabric dyeing. This thesis probes into nylon / spandex fabric dyeing process, based on the type of stain transformation, dyeing times, dyeing parameters such as the way of nylon / spandex fabric dyeing.
