| 摘 要： | 观念变革对于高等教育改革具有先导地位。大众高等教育阶段的学生事务管理应摒弃精英高等教育阶段不合时宜的人才观,确立与大众化相适应的人才观。树立发展的人才观、多维的人才观和分层的人才观。发展的人才观是学生事务管理的一种理念;多维的人才观是学生事务管理的一种方式;分层的人才观是优质学生事务管理的前提。

| Abstract: | An innovation of ideas should precede higher education reform. In the period of mass higher education, student affairs administration should adjust its view on talents, discard the view during elite higher education and establish developmental, multidimensional and layered view. Developmental, multidimensional and layered view on talents should be regarded as a whole in realizing the education goal. |
