| 摘 要： | 随着市场经济的不断发展，市场竞争日益活跃，尤其是知识经济的到来和我国加入WTO，企业集团将在更大的范围和更深的程度参与经济全球化进程，这就要求我国企业集团必须抓住机遇，进行企业经营与管理模式的创新，促进企业集团的持续发展，成为具有国际竞争力的企业。
