摘    要:中小学教师“校本”培训的内容与“大学本位”培训的内容有所不同,前者以操作性,实践性、技能性为主,而后者则以理论性、学术性为主。中小学教师校本培训既符合教师专业成长规律的客观要求,也体现了教师教育的一体化。

Abstract:The contents of school-based in-service teacher education mode are different from those of university-based teacher education. The former is mainly operating, practicing and using, but the later is mainly theoretical and academic. Such doing meets the needs of professional growth laws of teachers and embodies the integration of teacher education.
