| 摘 要： | 中小学教师“校本”培训的内容与“大学本位”培训的内容有所不同，前者以操作性，实践性、技能性为主，而后者则以理论性、学术性为主。中小学教师校本培训既符合教师专业成长规律的客观要求，也体现了教师教育的一体化。
